New Student/Continuing Student Private or Semi-Private Lesson Refunds

At least 14 days before the first lesson in the purchased package:

  • Account credit & lesson gear (must cancel all lessons in your account): 100%. The Lesson package expires 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Refund (must email request to support@swim.guru): 100% of lesson credit and gear, less student $100 non-refundable enrollment fee.

24 hours to 13 days before the first lesson in the purchased package:

  • Account credit & lesson gear (must cancel all lessons in your account): 100%. The lesson package expires 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Refund (must email request to support@swim.guru): 100% lesson credits, less student $100 non-refundable enrollment fee, and a $100 cancellation fee.

Partially used lesson packages:

  • Account credit with unused credits (must cancel all lessons in your account): 100%. The lesson package expires 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Refund (must email request to support@swim.guru) 100% of lesson credits, less $100 non-refundable enrollment fee, $45 gear fee, and a $100 cancellation fee. No shows and late cancels are non-refundable.

Group Lessons

Up to 7 days before the first lesson in the purchased package:

  • Account credit. The group lesson can be rescheduled to the next session based on availability.

  • Refund (must email request to support@swim.guru): 100%

Partially used group lesson package:

  • No cancellations of individual classes are allowed.

  • No refunds.


All Lesson Types

  • The $100 one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable.

  • Wetsuits (children only) and goggles are included in your New Student Private Lesson Package and are non-refundable once delivered.

  • After 4 unexplained no-shows in a row, SwimGuru reserves the right to cancel all booked lessons and refund your purchase at 50% of the cost for those lessons. We will contact you before this action is taken.
